Authorize to amend a Clean Water State Revolving Fund loan agreement with the Town of Exeter, NH (originally approved by G&C on 1/22/21, Item #104), to increase funding by $3,500,000 from $1,600,000 to $5,100,000, to fund ongoing construction of the Squamscott River Sewer Siphon and Webster Avenue Pump Station Rehabilitation Design project, under the provisions of RSA 486:14 and NH Code of Admin Rules Env-Wq 500 et seq. Effective upon G&C approval. 83% Federal Funds, 17% Capital (Other) Funds
