Description
Authorize to award an ARPA grant and a Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Fund grant to the Greystone Commons Condominium Association, Lee, NH in the amount not to exceed $349,230 for drinking water system improvements. Effective upon G&C approval through December 1, 2025. 43% Federal Funds, 57% Drinking Water & Groundwater Trust Fund. (2) Further authorize a loan agreement with Greystone Commons Condominium Association, Lee, NH in the amount not to exceed $596,520 to finance drinking water system improvements under the provisions of RSA 486:14 and NH Code of Admin Rules Env-Wq 1100 et seq. Effective upon G&C approval. 87.34% Federal Funds, 12.66% General Funds
