Description
Authorize to award a grant to the Town of Northumberland, NH in the amount not to exceed $2,495,800 for drinking water system improvements. Effective upon G&C approval through December 1, 2025. 40% Federal Funds, 60% Drinking Water & Groundwater Trust Fund. (2) Further authorize a loan agreement with the Town of Northumberland, NH in the amount not to exceed $880,200 to finance drinking water system improvements under the provisions of RSA 486:14 and NH Code of Admin Rules Env-Wq 1100 et seq. Effective upon G&C approval. 87.34% Federal Funds, 12.66% General Funds
