Description
Authorize the Bureau of Adult Education to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with the NH Department of Corrections, NH State Prison, Concord, NH in an amount not to exceed $232,696.27 to provide an adult education and literacy program as defined under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2026. 30% Federal Funds, 70% General Funds
