Authorize the Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) to enter into a retroactive contract with Northeast Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services, Inc., Concord, NH, in an amount not to exceed $227,755.61, to provide Independent Living, Part B services. Effective upon G&C approval for the period of October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2027. 100% Federal Funds
