Authorize to enter into a contract with MillerKnoll, Inc., Chicago, IL, in an amount up to and not to exceed $1,464,108.65 for office furniture and related services through a participating agreement with the National Association of State Procurement Officials Value Point. Effective upon G&C approval through January 21, 2028.
