Authorize to enter into an amendment to an existing contract with Waste Management of New Hampshire, Inc., Foxboro, MA, for recycling collection services by adding one new location and by increasing the price limitation by $3,432 from $411,800 to an amount up to and not to exceed $415,232 with no change to the completion date. Effective upon G&C approval through April 30, 2025.
