Authorize to enter into a grant agreement with Area Agency of Greater Nashua, Inc. d/b/a Gateways Community Services, Nashua, NH in the amount of $642,170 to demolish the existing three bedroom split-level house located at 13 Buxton Road, Milford, NH, construct a new single family home on the lot, with no less than three bedrooms, and place the new home in service as housing for individuals who are eligible for one of NH’s Home and Community Based 1915c Waivers. Effective upon G&C approval, to remain in effect for no less than eight years from the date the housing unit is placed in service. 100% Federal Funds On September 20, 2023 : The Governor and Council on motion of Councilor Wheeler, seconded by Councilor Kenney, voted to table Item #22 above.
