Authorize to retroactively amend an American Rescue Plan Act grant to the Spruce Valley Cooperative, Inc., Danville, NH (originally approved by G&C on 8/2/23, Item #48, archived document ), by extending the completion date from February 28, 2026 to August 31, 2026 to provide additional time to complete the agreed-upon scope of services. This is a no-cost time amendment. Effective retroactive to March 1, 2026, upon G&C approval through August 31, 2026. 100% Federal Funds
