Description
Authorize the Division of Educator Support and Higher Education to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families (MA DCF), Boston, MA, to provide the Bureau of Credentialing within the NH Department of Education information from the MA DCF Central Registry when an individual applies for an initial NH educator credential. Effective upon G&C approval. No funding is required for the operation of this MOU.
