Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with PM Construction Co. Inc., Saco, ME (originally approved by G&C on 3/23/22, Item #30), for maintenance and repairs to firestop systems within the Acute Psychiatric Facility, by increasing the price limitation by $21,000 from $200,000 to $221,000, with no change to the contract completion date of June 30, 2025.
