Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Milliman, Inc., Seattle, WA (originally approved by G&C on 5/18/22, Item #8A), to provide actuarial services and technical support for the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration planning grant, by increasing the price limitation by $100,000 from $5,316,530 to $5,416,530, with no change to the contract completion date of June 30, 2024.
