Description
Authorize to enter into a contract with Human Services Research Institute, Cambridge, MA, in the amount of $1,128,977 to develop and conduct a statewide assessment of case management/service coordination training needs and development of a training plan for these providers within the Division of Long Term Supports and Services system. Effective upon G&C approval through March 31, 2025, with the option to renew for up to two additional years. 100% Federal Funds
