Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source contract amendment with The Atom Group, LLC, Portsmouth, NH (originally approved by 3/8/23, Item #16), by increasing the price limitation by $300,000 from $100,705 to $400,705 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2024 to August 31, 2025, for the purpose of providing Cyber Security Training and Exercise services to Municipalities, K-12 SAUs, Local Utility Commissions, and State Agencies throughout the State of NH. Effective upon G&C approval through August 31, 2025. 100% Federal Grant
