Authorize to enter into a contract with Public Consulting Group, LLC, Boston, MA, in the amount of $74,650 to review the NHID’s network adequacy rule and propose changes to the rule as necessary to ensure that the NHID’s network adequacy review process is functioning optimally to achieve the purposes of the rule, and to ensure that the NHID’s approach to network adequacy will meet the federal stringency standards for states performing Plan Management and conducting their own network adequacy reviews. Effective upon G&C approval through May 31, 2024. 100% Federal Funds
