Description
Authorize to continue three full-time temporary Attorney III positions, salary grade 30, positions that were created to assist with the handling of second level appeals of unemployment compensation determinations arising during the pandemic and are essential to maintain adequate staffing to ensure Department compliance with the state and federal eligibility and regulatory requirements. Effective upon G&C approval or October 9, 2023, whichever is later, through October 8, 2024. 100% Federal Funds
