Authorize to approve a Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) loan agreement with Town of New Castle, NH in an amount not to exceed $100,000 to finance the Force Main Bridge Crossing Replacement Plan project under the provisions of RSA 486:14 and NH Code of Admin Rules Env-eq 500 et seq. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% CWSRF Repayment Funds
