Description
Authorize to award a grant to the Emerald Lake Village District, Hillsborough, NH, in the amount not to exceed $315,000 for water system improvements. Effective upon G&C approval through December 1, 2025. 44% Federal Funds, 56% Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Fund. (2) Further authorize to award a grant to the Emerald Lake Village District, Hillsborough, NH, in the amount not to exceed $385,000 to finance water system improvements under the provisions of RSA 486:14 and NH Code of Admin Rules Env-Dw 1100 et seq. Effective upon G&C approval. 87.34% Federal Funds, 12.66% General Funds
