Authorize to award a grant to the Town of Hanover, NH, in the amount not to exceed $920,000 for water system improvements. Effective upon G&C approval through December 1, 2025. 100% Federal Funds. (2) Further authorize to award a grant to the Town of Hanover, NH, in the amount not to exceed $6,880,000 to finance water system improvements under the provisions of RSA 486:14 and NH Code of Admin Rules Env-Dw 1100 et seq.
