Description
Authorize to award grant funds to Olde Country Village of Londonderry Inc., Londonderry, NH, in the amount not to exceed $2,400,000 to finance the interconnection to remediate per – and polyfluoroalkyl substances. Effective upon G&C approval through December 1, 2025. 60% General Funds, 40% Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Fund. (2) Further authorize a loan to Olde Country Village of Londonderry, Londonderry, NH in the amount not to exceed $500,000 to remediate per – and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS RLF). Effective upon G&C approval. 100% PFAS Remediation Grant & Loan Fund
