Authorize the Office of COVID-19 Education Programs to hold an organized meeting on October 30, 2023 at the Grappone Conference Center, Concord, NH for a total conference cost not to exceed $45,000 for the purpose of providing a “Fall Education Conference” to train educators on how to engage students and effectively assess what students have learned. (2) Further authorize to enter into a sole source with Emma Bogardus d/b/a By Emma B. (BEB), Littleton, NH, in an amount not to exceed $45,000 to plan and implement the ”Fall Education Conference.” Effective upon G&C approval through November 30, 2023. 100% Federal Funds
