Authorize to retroactively amend an American Rescue Plan Act grant to the Crossings at Sleepy Hollow Cooperative, Inc., Newmarket, NH (originally approved by G&C on 8/23/23, Item #120, archived document ), by extending the completion date from February 28, 2026 to June 30, 2026 to provide additional time to complete the agreed-upon scope of services. This is a no-cost time amendment. Effective retroactive to March 1, 2026, upon G&C approval through June 30, 2026. 100% Federal Funds
