Authorize the Division of State Police to enter into a contract with Joe Brigham, Inc d/b/a Craig Avionics, Concord, NH, in an amount not to exceed $573,055 for the provision of comprehensive avionics upgrades, as well as the installation of advanced law enforcement equipment on the State Police Bell 407 Helicopter. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2026. 70% General Funds, 30% Highway Funds
