Authorize to enter into a subgrant with the Manchester Police Department, Manchester, NH, in an amount not to exceed $3,469, from the Office of Justice Programs, Bureau of Justice Assistance, Project Safe Neighborhood for the purpose of funding two Prox Card Reader access locks for the entrance and exit doors to the Manchester Police Department’s NIBIN machine; thereby allowing twenty-four hour secured access. Effective upon G&C approval through March 31, 2026. 100% Federal Funds
