Authorize to accept and expend Federal Funds in the amount of $4,641,087 from the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services to fund the New Hampshire Hospital Disproportionate Share Hospital Payments. (2) Further authorize the allocation of these funds in the account, as detailed in the letter dated August 18, 2023. 100% Federal Funds. (3) Further authorize to accept and expend additional Intra-Agency transfer from the Disproportionate Share Hospital Program in the amount of $4,636,450 which will be used to fund several projects at NH Hospital and to create a new expenditure Class (Out of State Travel). Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2025. 100% Intra-Agency Funds. Fiscal Committee approved on September 14, 2023.
