Description
Authorize to enter into sole source amendments to existing contract with the Contractors as detailed in the letter dated August 21, 2023 (originally approved by G&C on 2/21/18, Item #12A), for case management services for Office of Refugee Resettlement eligible populations who are 60 years of age of older, by increasing the total price limitation by $75,000 from $400,000 to $475,000 and by extending the completion dates from September 30, 2023 to September 30, 2024. Effective September 30, 2023, upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
