Authorize to enter into grant agreements with Easter Seals New Hampshire, Inc., Manchester, NH, in the amount of $750,000 for the acquisition and renovation of one six bedroom duplex residential building located at 19 Nichols Road, Weare, NH, that is currently used as housing for individuals who are eligible for one of NH’s Home and Community Based 1915c Waivers, or for individuals or families that have an additional who is disabled, and are experiencing homelessness. Effective upon G&C approval, to remain in effect for no less than eight years from the date the housing unit is placed in service. 100% Federal Funds
