Authorize to retroactively amend a Fiscal Committee Item (originally approved by G&C on 5/3/23, Item #8), by extending the end date from June 30, 2023 to March 30, 2024, to accept and expend Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) funds for the NH Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic Planning Year in the amount of $873,500. Effective upon G&C approval. (2) Further authorize to retroactively extend one temporary full-time position, an Administrator II, responsible for overseeing the implementation of the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic Planning Year project activities, internal and external coordination, developing materials, and conducting meetings. Effective upon G&C approval for the period July 1, 2023 through March 30, 2024. (3) Further authorize to accept and expend funds from the SAMHSA, entitled NH Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic Planning Year grant, in the amount of $92,571. (4) Further authorize the allocation of these funds in the account as detailed in the letter dated August 22, 2023. Effective upon G&C approval through March 30, 2024. 100% Federal Funds. Fiscal Committee approved on September 14, 2023.
