Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with Cross Roads House, Inc., Portsmouth, NH in the amount of $80,000 for provision of services to assist with the operation of cold weather solutions for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. Effective October 1, 2023, upon G&C approval through June 30, 2024, with the option to renew for up to three additional years. 100% General Funds
