Authorize to enter into contracts with the Contractors as detailed in the letter dated August 21, 2023 in an amount not to exceed $920,000 for the provision of services to assist with the operation of cold weather solutions for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. Effective October 1, 2023, upon G&C approval through June 30, 2024, with the option to renew for up to three additional years. 100% General Funds
