Authorize the Bureau of Transportation Systems Management & Operations to enter into an agreement with DTN, LLC, Omaha, NE based upon a single bid received, in the amount of $57,700, for the DTN Weather Forecast Services. Effective October 1, 2023, upon G&C approval through September 30, 2025, with the option for a two-year extension, with a 4% increase annually. 100% Federal Funds
