Authorize the Bureau of Aeronautics to retroactively award a grant to the City of Laconia/Laconia Airport Authority, in the amount of $59,000, for the American Rescue Plan Act funding to offset a decline in revenues arising from diminished airport operations and activities as a result of the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency for the Laconia Municipal Airport, Gilford, NH. Effective upon G&C approval through January 25, 2026. 100% Federal Funds
