Authorize to accept and expend $2,373,934 in State Fiscal Year 2024 from the State Homeland Security Grant Program funds available from the Department of Safety for the funding of cybersecurity enhancements. (2) Further authorize to establish Class 046-Consultants for the purpose of procuring consultant services for project and program management.
