Authorize the Division of Pesticide Control to retroactively amend previously approved G&C Item (originally approved by G&C on 5/5/21, Item #41), by extending the end date from March 30, 2023 to December 31, 2023 to align with a no cost extension received for the Agritourism and Golf Course Water Quality Monitoring and Outreach Grant programs funds from US Environmental Protection Agency. Effective upon G&C approval. No increase in funding is requested. 100% Federal Funds
