Description
Authorize to enter into an amendment to an existing sole source contract agreement with Community Action Partnership of Strafford County, Dover, NH (originally approved by G&C on 12/7/22, Item #35), by increasing the price limitation by $188,646 from $3,973,618 to $4,162,264, using additional Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program funds from remaining regular program year funds, from the US Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2024. There is no time extension being requested. 100% Federal Funds
