Description
Authorize to enter into an amendment to an existing sole source contract agreement with Southern New Hampshire Services, Inc., Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C on 12/7/22, Item #36), by increasing the price limitation by $671,287 from $12,011,853 to $12,683,140 using additional Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program funds from remaining regular program year funds, from the US Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2024. There is no time extension being requested. 100% Federal Funds
