Description
Authorize to enter into an amendment to an existing sole source contract agreement with Tri-County Community Action Program, Inc., Berlin, NH (originally approved by G&C on 12/7/22, Item #38), by increasing the price limitation by $382,865 from $8,947,338 to $9,330,203 using additional Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program funds from remaining regular program year funds, from the US Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2024. There is no time extension being requested. 100% Federal Funds
