Authorize to enter into an amendment to an existing sole source contract with Southwestern Community Services, Inc., Keene, NH (originally approved by G&C on 12/21/22, Item #60), to supplement the Agency’s Weatherization Assistance Program by increasing the price limitation by $474,980 from $82,079 to $557,059 using additional Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program, from the US Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families and by extending the completion date from December 31, 2023 to September 30, 2024. Effective upon G&C approval.
