Description
Authorize the State Council on the Arts to enter into a contract with artist Gordon Carlisle, Eliot, ME in the amount of $11,500 for creation of artwork for the Department of Environmental Services Dam Bureau, Concord, NH. (2) Further authorize an advanced payment in the amount of $4,025 to Gordon Carlisle in accordance with the terms of the contract. Effective upon G&C approval through July 31, 2024. 100% Other Funds (Agency Income)
