Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Cookson Strategies Corporation, Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C 11/10/20) by increasing the amount by $100,000 from $255,000 to $355,000 and extending the completion date from December 31, 2023 to September 30, 2024 to provide professionally designed handouts, posters, mail pieces, flyers and other materials to communicate critical messaging and raise awareness.
