Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with the Board of Regents of the University of Wisconsin System, through its University of Wisconsin-Madison’s Wisconsin Center for Education Research, Madison, WI, in the amount of $1,153,418.25, to administer the Assessing Comprehension and Communication in English State-to-State for English language proficiency test for all English language learners.
