Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to accept and expend Public Assistance Grant Program funds in the amount of $4,350,162 from the Federal Emergency Management Agency for Severe Storm and Flooding in December 2022. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2025. 100% Federal Funds. Fiscal Committee approved on September 14, 2023.
