Authorize, on behalf of the Department of Transportation, by transferring $4,145,000 from the Highway Surplus Account to support the Winter Maintenance Employee Retention Incentive Program. 100% Highway Funds. (2) Further authorize to transfer $713,500 from the Turnpike General Reserve Account to support the Winter Maintenance Employee Retention Incentive Program.
