Authorize the Commissioner of the Department of Administrative Services to make transfers from the Salary Adjustment Fund to agency permanent personnel salary accounts after approval by the Director of Personnel during the period of September 21, 2023 to July 19, 2024, for transfers related to FY24 and to report transfers made as soon as practical after each quarter of the year end closing date. (2) Further authorize the Commissioner of the Department of Administrative Services to make transfers from the Benefit Adjustment Fund to agency benefit accounts during the period of September 21, 2023 to July 19, 2024, for transfers related to FY24 and to report transfers made as soon as practical after each quarter of the year end closing date.
