TABLED - The Governor and Council on motion of Councilor Wheeler, seconded by Councilor Kenney, voted to table the request to enter into a contract with Pete’s Tire Barns, Inc., Orange, MA, in an amount up to and not to exceed $753,500 for tire retread services. Effective upon G&C approval for the period of October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2028, with an option to extend for up to two additional years.
