Description
Authorize the Bureau of Child Support Services to accept and expend federal grant funds from the United States Department of Health and Human Services – Administration for Children and Families in the amount of $49,119, to administer the Access and Visitation Program. (2) Further authorize the allocation of these funds in the accounts as detailed in the letter dated August 22, 2023. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2023. 100% Federal Funds
