Description
Authorize the Pease Development Authority Division of Ports and Harbors and NH Department of Transportation to enter into an Interagency Transfer of Management Responsibility Agreement for a 2,707 ± square foot parcel of land on the westerly side of Ocean Boulevard (Route 1A), associated with the Seabrook-Hampton project, as detailed in the letter dated July 26, 2023. Effective upon G&C approval.
