Authorize the Bureau of Materials & Research to enter into a sole source Project Agreement with the University of New Hampshire Sponsored Programs Administration, Durham, NH, to support workforce development in NH through the UNH Technology Transfer Center, for a fee not to exceed $10,000. Effective upon G&C approval through December 1, 2024. 100% Federal Funds
