Authorize the Bureau of Highway Design to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc., Bedford, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/30/21, Item #84), for intersection improvements in the Town of Jaffrey, NH, by extending the completion date from September 30, 2023 to June 30, 2028. (2) Further authorize increasing the fee by $492,773.58 from $2,162,892.27 to $2,655,655.85. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
