Description
Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to enter into a Transportation Vehicle Use Agreement with Grafton County Senior Citizens Council, Inc. (GCSCC), Lebanon, NH, to purchase capital equipment for local non-profit subrecipients that provide transportation services to seniors and individuals with disabilities as detailed in the letter dated July 25, 2023. Effective upon G&C approval through vehicle disposition. 85% Federal Funds, 7.5% State Capital Funds, 7.5% Local/Private Funds
